Underwater Fluorescence Photographs – Norman Wei, Bonaire and Philippines

Norman Wei took the first set of photos here on the house reef at Buddy Dive resort in Bonaire and the photo at the bottom of the page in the Philippines. He is not using high end equipment either – a Sealife DC1400 and the Sola NIGHTSEA. Norman used the Sola to both find and photograph these subjects. He says ‘I just used the blue light for illumination and fired away. I started with the highest ASA and had to switch down some due to over-exposure.”

The image of a nudibranch (Nembrotha kubaryana) below was taken at the house reef of Portulano Dive Resort in the Philippines.
