NIGHTSEA SFA V1 Light Head Retainer

We recently purchased a 3D printer for prototyping. As an exercise we created a supplemental retainer for the Version 1 (V1) Light Head. There have been a few reports of the light heads not locking in place and holding securely after extended use, and we wanted to see if we could create a practical way to help these users out. The result is the ‘V1 Light Head Retainer’, a simple add-on that prevents the light head from turning or, in the extreme, falling out when bumped. To use the retainer you just put the slot over the narrow part of the gooseneck and slip it up over the connector, either before or after inserting the light head.
